The Tussah silk that we use comes from the thread of the cocoons produced by different species of wild caterpillars. The woven thread offers the famous luxurious, silkiness. Tussah silk has hygroscopic and thermoregulatory properties, which allow it to absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water without feeling damp. It disperses heat, which allows for a cooler night's sleep.
