Sleep Trial, Returns, Exchanges & Terms
Cloud Mattress Co. partners with multiple premium mattress and bedding brands. While some brands advertise their own return or sleep trial policies, all purchases made through Cloud Mattress Co. are governed by Cloud Mattress Co.’s policies, unless a brand-specific exception is clearly stated below.
Our policies are product-specific and brand-specific to protect hygiene standards, product quality, and the sustainability of our small business.
By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms outlined below.

10. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Approved refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
11. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted promptly with photos for review.
